Kevin Strehlow joined Navigator in January 2016 as its General Counsel during a period of rapid growth for the Company. Navigator’s successful growth resulted in the sale of Navigator Energy Services, LLC, comprising the Company’s Big Spring Gateway Pipeline, to NuStar Energy Partners, LP for $1.475 billion in May of 2017.
Kevin’s focus of his legal practice in the midstream space began when he joined Sunoco Logistics (now Energy Transfer) in 2011, leaving as Chief Counsel when joining Navigator. Prior to his in-house career Kevin began his legal career with Bracewell & Giuliani in the Energy, Finance, Infrastructure and Real Estate and Corporate groups, assisting clients with a number of matters, including project development, finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Immediately prior to law school Kevin was a business journalist for Argus Media, covering US refined products, NGL and feedstocks markets.
Kevin received his juris doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin and his bachelor of arts in economics and political science from Vanderbilt University.
