Stephen has over 18 years of oil and gas experience in transmission and midstream engineering, construction, and operations throughout the US. Prior to joining the Navigator team, Stephen held the position of Director of Special Projects at Plains All-American Pipeline executing a large capital project portfolio (+$1B) associated with intermodal transportation and storage of crude in the Gulf Coast and Midcontinent regions.

Prior to Plains, Stephen held numerous engineering and management positions at Texas Eastern, , Williams Midstream, Crosstex Energy, and Florida Gas Transmission.

Stephen graduated from Texas A&M University (College Station) with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and obtained an M.B.A in Global Energy Management from the University of Houston. Stephen is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
