James Yardley leads Navigator's natural gas business development where he oversees the strategic origination and execution of large-scale interstate and intrastate pipeline projects. He has over 20 years of energy experience beginning in Chevron's management development program, then more recently having held senior commercial leadership roles at two of the country’s largest natural gas pipeline companies. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
