Navigator II Overview

Navigator, in partnership with BlackRock Infrastructure Funds, closed on its purchase of 100% of the Glass Mountain Pipeline System (“GMP”) in December of 2017. At acquisition, GMP was an approximately [250]-mile crude oil transportation system serving the Granite Wash and Mississippi Lime plays, delivering crude oil to a one million-barrel GMP-owned storage facility at Cushing, Oklahoma. In support of the significant volume growth within the STACK/Merge and Woodford resources plays, Navigator is currently undergoing a significant expansion of GMP that once completed, will expand the geographic footprint to over 450 miles, system storage to over 4 MBO, number of crude grades transported, and throughput capacity of the system.

Navigator has also started providing a crude oil gathering service to customers entering into long term connection agreements. The considerable scale of the existing GMP system and its ability to segregate multiple grades of crude allows Navigator to offer customers a fulsome, differentiated suite of services to transport and store crude oil.
